Referenciais Teóricos do grupo de pesquisa

Os principais referenciais teóricos do grupo de pesquisa são: Teoria da Psicologia do Trabalhar (Duffy et al, 2016), Teoria de Construção de Carreira (Savickas, 2005), Teoria Social Cognitiva de Carreira (Lent, Brown, & Hackett, 1994; Lent & Brown, 2006, 2013, 2020), Segurança Psicológica (Edmonson, 1999), Modelo JD-R (Bakker & Demerouti, 2007) e Teoria da Justificação de Sistema (Jost & Banaji, 1994).
